The application

Dartulator is a darts scoring, statistics and checkout companion application for Android. It is provided as a tool for players who want to keep score, track their performance and calculate finishing combinations. Dartulator is not a gambling, betting or real-money gaming service.

Appropriate use

You agree to use Dartulator only for its intended purpose. You will not use the application in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations, that infringes the rights of others, or that interferes with the normal operation of the application on any device.

Ownership

Dartulator, including its source code, design, branding, name, icons and associated materials, remains the intellectual property of its developer. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter.
• You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.
• You are responsible for how you use scores, statistics and any exported files generated by the application.
• You are responsible for complying with the rules of any competition or organisation in which you use Dartulator.

No warranty

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. You use the application at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Dartulator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the application.

Updates and changes

The application may be updated from time to time to add features, improve performance or fix issues. Updates may modify or remove existing functionality. Continued use of Dartulator after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated application and of these Terms as they may be revised.

Termination

You may stop using Dartulator at any time by uninstalling the application. We may discontinue the application, or specific features within it, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
